Prof. Nancy Law led a delegation of researchers from the Digital Citizenship Project and four experts from three countries to participate in the 5th China Education Innovation Expo held in Zhuhai International Convention and Exhibition Centre. In the event, team members (Prof. Nancy Law, Dr. Frank Reichert and Dr. Xiao Hu) from HKU presented some of the findings titled “Students’ Digital Citizenship Development from Childhood – Findings from a Major Interdisciplinary Study in Hong Kong”. This is followed by a presentation by Sanna Jarvela (University of Oulu), Ola Erstad (University of Oslo) & Halla Holmarsdottir (Oslo Metropolitan University) on “Understanding and Educating Digital Citizens: European Perspectives and Initiatives” and a panel discussion on “Artificial Intelligence and the Future of Human Performance and Human Society”.
